Yea! we started our trip of the summer on Friday the 1st of July. We put Andrew Hammond in our backseat and started for Salt Lake City. Andrew is easy to travel with. He read, watched movies and occassionally gave us information about insects (his latest passion).
When we arrived at Wally's house they were laying sod. We visited with family and didn't help much. (Sorry Wally) There was pizza and lots of fun. that night we stayed with Aunt Jenny in the condo.
Saturday morning Jean and I woke early to drive to Centerville for the big parade and Hannah's baby shower. Lots of people showed up for the shower and it was lots of fun. When that fun was over we went to DI and the distribution center (a place you must go when you're in Utah) and ended up eating at the best DQ ever! All the adults ate dinner at Chili's.
Sunday we all slept in at the condo and went out to Wally's for a barbeque and fireworks.
Monday we loaded a small trailer with Jenny's stuff and went to a movie and dinner. Do you see a theme here?
