Today I went to the Veteran's Day Parade and made green enchiliadas to feed the local vets. How blessed we are to live in this free country. I think of my Dad and all he lived through in World War II. I'm a little teary. (I watched Pearl Harbor and saw Josh Hartnett die last night when I couldn't sleep.) Seriously. I have many blessings of which you all are on the top of the list. My country and freedom isn't far down the list.

That's one thing to miss about Eagar, no parade in PA! I was pretty bummed considering how many old people live around here.
